Setting Up Video Instant Messaging in Iraq or Afghanistan
(Note: will expand on this topic when better information is available.) Soldiers may no longer be able, in some locations in Iraq or Afghanistan, to use Yahoo, AOL and MSN IM programs to setup video chat sessions with webcams on either end to communicate with families back home due to the non-secure nature of using the Internet and IM.
